If you've ever thought about it, you'll recognise the fact that our minds, the human mind is always engaged every second, every minute, every time. Like I usually like to put it, there's never an idle mind. The mind has no sleep mode, hibernation or shut down mode. It's a processing unit that's always running on million of codes per time.
